Every gold piece we sell is BIS hallmarked, so purity is assayed by an independent centre — not simply claimed by us.
Hallmarking is India's official guarantee of gold purity. It is done at a government-recognised Assaying and Hallmarking Centre, independent of the jeweller — which is exactly why it is worth having.
Every hallmarked piece carries a set of marks you can check yourself:
The HUID on your piece can be checked in the BIS Care app, published by the Bureau of Indian Standards. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.
Our silver jewellery is 925 sterling silver. Diamond pieces are sold with their certification, and we will show you the certificate for the specific piece before you buy.
If you would like the certification details for a particular piece in advance, message us and we will send them across.
Because purity determines price, we show the weight and the purity on every product page, and the price is built from that same purity at the day's rate. The number you see is the arithmetic, not a rounded guess.
